How We Handle Unverified Reviews: Trust Comes First

At C2Creview, credibility is everything. That’s why when it comes to reviews — especially those we can’t immediately verify — we treat the process with utmost care and responsibility.

We understand that every review has the power to shape a company’s reputation, influence buyer decisions, and reflect real-world experiences. But in a digital space where anyone can post anything, not all reviews are created equal. That’s where our commitment to transparency comes in.

Whenever a review is submitted, our system initiates a multi-step verification process. We assess the origin, the context, and the legitimacy of the source — using digital footprints, email validation, cross-platform consistency (such as LinkedIn or corporate domains), and prior interactions.

If the review aligns with an identifiable and traceable source, it’s marked as Verified and confidently added to the company’s profile. However, if we’re unable to clearly establish the identity or the credibility of the reviewer— despite our best efforts — the review is not discarded. Instead, it is "labeled as an “Unverified Review.” This way, we maintain a clear distinction between confirmed feedback and input that lacks proper validation.

This practice serves two important purposes:1. It protects service providers from potentially biased or anonymous comments.2. It allows readers and prospective clients to make informed judgments based on full transparency.

Our goal is simple: to build a platform where every review adds value — not confusion. Whether verified or unverified, all reviews are clearly marked so that trust remains at the heart of every interaction on C2Creview.Because in the world of reviews, it’s not just about collecting opinions — it’s about honoring truth, context, and clarity.
