Once a review is submitted, it doesn’t get published instantly. Instead, it first lands in the hands of our expert moderation team. We thoroughly analyze the reviewer’s identity, digging into publicly available online information such as LinkedIn profiles and other digital footprints to ensure the reviewer is legitimate and connected to the agency they’re reviewing.
Simultaneously, our tech team steps in to verify the reviewer's email address. A confirmation email is sent directly to the client’s inbox, and we patiently wait — up to two weeks — for a response. We understand everyone has busy schedules, so we never spam or chase down the agency or reviewer aggressively.
If we receive a response and the verification checks out, the review is approved and proudly published on the corresponding agency’s profile. This gives future clients a trustworthy reference point while helping deserving agencies showcase authentic feedback.
