Understanding When Your Membership Changes Take Effect

At C2Creview, we understand that your business needs can evolve over time, and so can your membership plan. Whether you’re upgrading to access premium features or downgrading to a simpler plan, we want you to feel fully informed about when those changes will actually be applied.

When you request an upgrade or downgrade to your membership, we treat your action with top priority—it’s logged, processed, and prepared right away in our system. However, the change will not take effect instantly. Instead, it’s scheduled to activate at the start of your next billing cycle.

Here’s why we do it this way:

  • Fair billing – You’ve already paid for your current plan until the end of this billing period, and we want to ensure you get full value for what you’ve purchased.

  • Seamless transition – This approach allows us to process your plan change without disrupting your active services or profile visibility.

  • Clear charging dates – Any price adjustment—whether higher or lower—will reflect neatly on your next billing date, so there’s no mid-cycle confusion.

Example: If your billing date is the 10th of the month and you request an upgrade on the 15th, your upgraded plan will be applied starting from the next month’s 10th, and your billing will be updated accordingly.

This means you can plan your changes strategically, knowing exactly when new features will kick in or when your subscription cost will adjust.

So, while you won’t see immediate changes the second you click “Upgrade” or “Downgrade,” rest assured—your request is safely in our queue, and the transition will happen smoothly and on schedule.

Your membership plan is your business’s growth partner, and we make sure it shifts with you—always on your terms and without surprises.
